Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old, legally free to marry, and seeking a relationship with someone of the opposite gender in keeping with the biblical view of marriage this community is built on. One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

• Everything you post must be true, current and about you.
• Photos must show you clearly, be recent, and must not be sexual or misleading.
• Contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers and social handles do not belong in your public bio. Share them privately in chat once you are comfortable.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the site.

Membership includes photo review, and may include ID verification and a church leader reference. We may decline, pause or remove verification if a document or reference cannot be confirmed. Verification is a good-faith check, not a guarantee about any member.

A free profile is always available. Paid plans, when purchased, are billed once for the period you select and give access to the features listed on the Pricing page for that period. Prices are shown in US dollars. Founding members keep the access promised to them when they joined. Fees for one-off events, such as Zoom Meetups, are described on the page for that event.

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you change your mind, contact us within 3 business days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided the paid service is unused: no messages sent or received since the charge, and no paid features used, such as Super Likes, a Boost, Passport, Who Likes You or Who Viewed You. Once the service has been used, or after the 3 business days have passed, subscriptions are not refundable.

One-off events, such as Zoom Meetups, follow a more flexible rule. You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the event date. Within 7 days of the event we can move your fee to a future meetup instead of refunding it. If we cancel the event, or it does not take place, the fee is always refunded in full.

A payment taken in error is always refunded, whatever the timing.

Harassment, hate, deception, solicitation, requests for money, commercial promotion and sexually explicit content are not allowed. We may remove content, suspend or hide a profile, or close an account that breaks these terms or puts members at risk.

We work to bring sincere people together, but we cannot promise matches, responses, relationships or marriage. You are responsible for your own decisions about who you meet and what you share.

The service is provided as it is. We may add, change or retire features, and we may update these terms. Where a change is significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. We may close an account that is inactive for a long period, or that breaches these terms.
